TRANMERE SECURE LOAN DEAL FOR LEICESTER WINGER JAYDEN JOSEPH
Tranmere Rovers have bolstered their attacking options with the loan signing of Jayden Joseph from Leicester City, with the winger joining until January 2026.
The 19-year-old, who began his football journey in Manchester City’s academy before switching to Leicester, arrives at Prenton Park as the club’s 10th addition of the summer transfer window.
Joseph expressed his excitement about the move, highlighting the role Tranmere’s passionate fanbase played in his decision.
“Once I heard of the interest and had a conversation with the manager, I knew I wanted to make it happen,” Joseph said. “I’ve heard a lot about the club and the fans, and now I can’t wait to get started.”
Tranmere’s early season form has been strong, with the League Two side currently unbeaten in their first three games, and Joseph’s arrival is expected to add further pace and creativity on the wings as they look to maintain momentum.
The youngster will be aiming to use his loan spell to gain valuable senior experience, while providing Tranmere with an additional spark in the final third.
