Atletico Madrid have taken a significant step toward bolstering their midfield by agreeing personal terms with Stuttgart’s Enzo Millot, as Diego Simeone sets out to refresh his squad ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
The 23-year-old French midfielder, who played a key role in Stuttgart’s impressive Bundesliga campaign, has been on the radar of several top European clubs this summer. However, Atletico have now moved ahead in the race after positive talks with the player and his representatives.
Millot, known for his composure on the ball, intelligent passing, and attacking drive, fits the profile Simeone is targeting as he looks to add more fluidity and creativity to Atletico’s engine room.
